Shipping and Delivery

How Epicures gets your chocolate to you.

Where we deliver

We ship to addresses across India where our courier partners operate. Enter your pincode at checkout. If we cannot deliver there, we will tell you before the order is confirmed.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on all orders. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Cash on delivery

We accept cash on delivery only. Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery person. There is no extra cash on delivery fee.

How long it takes

We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days of confirming your order. Delays can happen because of weather, festivals, strikes or courier issues, and we will keep you informed.

After you order

1. You place the order on the site and receive an order number.
2. We call or message you on the number you gave to confirm the order and address.
3. We pack and hand over the parcel to the courier. You will receive tracking or delivery details.
4. You pay in cash on delivery and check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged.

If you are not available

The courier will usually attempt delivery more than once and will call you. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it returns to us. We may contact you to re-send it.

Freshness

We dispatch chocolate with enough remaining shelf life for you to enjoy it. In hot weather we pack carefully, but chocolate can soften in transit. See Returns and Refunds if your order arrives damaged or melted.
